Let's start with Present tense and take as example the verb करना (karnaa) - to do.

I do - main kartaa hoon - masculine (मैं करता हूं), main kartee hoon - feminine (मैं करती हूं)
You do - tu kartaa hai - masculine (तू करता है), tu kartee hai - feminine (तू करती है) / tum karte ho - तुम करते हो (more polite form, masculine) tum kartee ho - feminine (तुम करती हो)
He/she/it does - voh kartaa hai - masculine (वह करता है), voh kartee hai - feminine (वह करती है), yah kartaa hai - neutral masculine (यह करता है), yah karti hai - neutral feminine (यह करती है)
We do - hum karte hain (हम करते हैं)
You do (plural) - aap karte ho (आप करते हो)
They do - ve karte hain (वे करते हैं)
